In conjunction with his business partner Sandy Adler, Ruby is involved with the planning and direction of all operations of the organization. His background as a multi-faceted entrepreneur with extensive experience in planning and operations of multi-provincial organizations serves him well in this role.
Community philanthropic activities include acting as both a Board
and Executive Member of a large Toronto based religious institution
and assisting international charities in raising much needed funds.
Off hours, Ruby's love of travel has taken him to Europe, the Middle East, Far East and Asia where his English/French bilingualism has served him well. When staying closer to home, you can find him spending time with his two daughters, skiing, working out and reading.
Sandy has been in the employment industry for over two decades. Her success to date can be attributed to her commitment to excellence for both

at seminars, workshops, job fairs, and classes in training and development. Sandy revels in sharing her love for the employment industry and in particular for recruitment firms that

The relationships Sandy has developed with her many Fortune 500 clients over the years have become instrumental in helping her achieve her
dream - that is to become the best in her field! Being both a dedicated mother of two girls and a dedicated professional inside and outside
of work keeps her very busy. Sandy is also involved in many charitable organizations dedicating her time and efforts for good causes.
Based in our Montreal Office, Bradley is a seasoned professional who is involved in all aspects
of the recruitment life-cycle. Bradley has been a recruiter at Creative Personnel for
4 years and has been a professional recruiter for 8 years. Mr. Gibbons began as an Industrial
recruiter and now specializes in finding technical personnel for his clients. Mr. Gibbons is a
leading expert at finding and recruiting Engineers (electrical, mechanical, civil),
Business Development Managers , Supervisors and Project Directors. Mr. Gibbons' goal is to ensure the optimal fit between client and candidate.
