Creative Personnel maintains its own extensive database of computerized applicant records. Our candidate retrieval software customizes the search parameters to suit each client's unique needs. Its speed and flexibility allow maximum time to focus on the recruitment process with maximum efficiency. We also provide targeted recruitment services, and continue to develop our network via participation in industry associations and job fairs. A proactive approach to maintaining contact with our candidate database ensures we always have access to great people.

Our advanced database management system coupled with our diverse recruitment strategies enable us to identify the most qualified candidates for temporary assignments and for permanent positions within a matter of hours. Only those applicants with favourable references are sent out on assignments. Reference questions are asked to verify the applicant's work history, job performance, reliability, ability to meet deadlines, capacity and to learn, as well as other questions that relate directly to the position for which the individual has applied.

All applicants are given a series of tests to determine proficiency in their respective skills category and in accordance with the position for which they have applied. One of the tools used for office testing is the "QWIZ" (www.qwiz.com) Office Skills Assessment System, a sophisticated IBM compatible software package that assesses keyboarding and software skills through a series of exercises. QWIZ has the capacity to test proficiency on most popular software programs. Based on results of the interview, testing and reference checking, an assessment is made to determine the suitability of the applicant to the position for which they have applied or for any other potential positions. This helps ensure that the job related objectives of clients and candidates are satisfied as efficiently as possible.
